Dignity Memorial
Dignity Memorial, North America’s largest network of funeral homes and cemeteries, faced a complex challenge: how to engage families in an essential but often avoided conversation in a category defined by tradition and discomfort. We partnered with their leadership to guide a comprehensive brand transformation, beginning with mission, vision, values, and internal culture, then extending through brand strategy, identity, and internal and external communications. By shifting the tone from somber to more human and celebratory, the work opened the door to more honest engagement, reduced barriers to consideration, and reframed planning as an act of care rather than avoidance. The result was a modernized brand, stronger internal alignment, increased engagement, and meaningful sales growth across the network.
