Dignity Memorial

Dignity Memorial faced the challenge of engaging families in an essential but often avoided conversation about funeral planning. The work began with mission, vision, values, and culture, then extended into brand strategy, identity, and internal and external communications. By shifting the tone from somber to more human and celebratory, the brand opened the door to more honest engagement and reframed planning as an act of care.
