American Signature, Inc. was losing ground as competition intensified, putting pressure on its flagship brand, Value City Furniture. The business needed a full-scale reinvention. We re-engineered the brand from the store forward, beginning with the new brand essence “Value Unveiled,” then overhauling strategy, identity, merchandising, signage, and in-store experience. The result was a clearer, more informative shopping environment that increased traffic, lifted sales, and reestablished Value City Furniture as a relevant force in the marketplace.
