Conn’s HomePlus, a major Southern retailer with 170+ stores, built its reputation on helping customers, whether rebuilding credit or ready to buy, get approved through its in-house financing. To spotlight that advantage during the holidays, we created the theme “Believe in Possibilities.” In a series of TV spots, spokesperson Andrew Kennedy visited Santa, his elves, and even Scrooge to show how Conn’s Low Payment Finder could make holiday wishes possible, or at least a whole lot easier. The campaign drove a double-digit lift in holiday sales and reinforced Conn’s position as the go-to retailer for affordable financing.
