Sleep Outfitters brought us in to rebrand the business around a better way to shop for sleep. Research revealed a category shaped by confusion, mistrust, and choice overload. We repositioned the brand as a smarter, more personalized solution and reimagined the experience across company culture, store design, merchandising, communications, and retail experience. The result was double-digit YoY sales growth and thousands of 5-star Google reviews.
